What buyers should know about Harvest Green in 2026

Harvest Green in Richmond combines new-home choices with an established resale market and a community farm. Compare the section, lot size, home condition and Fort Bend ISD assignment rather than relying on a community-wide starting price. I am Eddie Weir, REALTOR® with REMAX Signature, and I can help put those choices beside other Greater Houston homes.

Community sources checked October 1, 2026. MLS sample: September 24, 2026.

New construction, resale and section status

The developer currently lists David Weekley, Perry, Newmark, Westin, Coventry, Tri Pointe and Partners in Building. Its page labels the Newmark 50-foot, David Weekley 65-foot, Coventry 75-foot and Tri Pointe 75-foot programs as final opportunities. That describes those programs, not a community-wide sellout. Confirm availability directly for the specific lot and plan.

Source: Houston Association of REALTORS® MLS. This dated sample uses active single-family listings with matching community, city and county labels. It excludes Coming Soon and invalid prices ($1,000 or less or not numeric), and separates the MLS new-construction flag from resale. Middle 50% means the 25th–75th percentile, not the full range. It is not today’s inventory, an appraisal or a builder quote. Amounts are rounded to the nearest $1,000.

What should I budget for HOA dues and property taxes?

Review what your HOA assessment covers and whether any optional farm, fitness or other activity has a separate charge. Compare that budget with the home and section you are considering.

Obtain the current assessment schedule, transfer or other transaction fees, and resale certificate for the address. Verify each taxing entity and its adopted rate for the relevant year; a MUD rate is only one part of the total property-tax rate. No unverified community-wide HOA amount or MUD rate is quoted here. Start with the MUD district guide and property-tax guide.

Which school district serves the address?

Harvest Green is served by Fort Bend ISD. Verify the 2026–27 assignment and any enrollment arrangements for the exact property through the district, even when a school is located within the community.

Ratings describe the named district and reporting year. They do not guarantee an individual student’s experience or an address’s enrollment eligibility.

What flood information should I check?

Use the flood-zone-by-address tool to read the mapped FEMA designation for the property. Separately review the seller’s flood disclosures, available prior flooding records, elevation information and an insurance quote. A community name, lake amenity or school boundary does not establish a property’s flood history.
