Cuts came back, and Houston is still eight different markets
Price cuts rose 105 after last week’s dip. In Katy / West, 12.6% of what is for sale cut this week. Inside the Loop it was 5.7%. Same metro, same seven days. The eight-bucket snapshot is on this issue page.

Fort Bend and Katy improved this week, and the gap across Houston got smaller
