How this search works
Houston MLS listings, straight from the source
Every home on this page comes from the Houston Association of REALTORS® MLS, the database Houston-area brokers use to list property for sale. It is the same Houston MLS real estate data I work from every day, refreshed every 15 minutes, with no login and no sign-up wall. Search it, save what you like, and text me when a house is worth a closer look.
Ways to search
Type a city, neighborhood, street address, ZIP code, school district or MLS number. Then narrow by price, home type, size, age and the details that matter to you. The map covers nine Greater Houston counties, so one search reaches from Galveston Bay to Montgomery County.
What an MLS listing in Houston tells you
List price, status, days on market, square footage, year built, lot size, HOA dues, the listing agent’s remarks and photos. That is enough to build a short list. It is not enough to write an offer.
What it does not tell you
- The flood zone. Look up the address on FEMA’s map.
- The full tax rate. Check whether the home sits in a MUD: MUD districts by ZIP code.
- The zoned schools. A ZIP code can split across districts: ZIP codes by school district.
